- Twelve Directors will be working in distinct planning areas (Directorates) and will coordinate approximately 75–80 volunteer Chairs, each of whom has a committee of volunteers responsible for different aspects of the Games planning and operation.
- An estimated 1,500+ volunteers will be involved in planning and staging the Games.
